This is a car that really stands out from the usual crowd of Police Interceptors.....this 2009 Ford Crown Victoria P71 that has several key modifications both inside and outside that are not only tasteful but very functional. The reliability of the Crown Vic, especially the P71 police cars, is legendary and this one is certainly no exception. I have performed all needed maintenance as required by Ford based on mileage (I worked at a Ford dealer for over 5 years) as well as many functional and cosmetic upgrades and refinements as well. Please see the detailed list below...
Engine- 4.6 SOHC Flex-Fuel V8, new Motorcraft spark plugs and PCV valve, fresh oil change using Motorcraft synthetic blend oil and filter, new fuel filter, AFE cold-air intake system with heat shield, ported throttle body and intake plenum. Engine runs GREAT- no noises, check engine lights, ect....PLENTY of power right where you need it! Transmission- new trans filter and oil change done. Trans shifts smoothly and predictably EVERY TIME! Rear Axle- 3.27 ratio Traction Loc with new clutches and fresh fluid. Exhaust System- true factory duals with stock catalysts and dual Flowmaster 3 chamber mufflers with Marauder-style polished tips. The sound is subdued but throaty! Brakes- new Hawk HPS Carbon pads and Motorcraft rotors front and rear, brake system flushed with new fluid, rear parking brakes cleaned and adjusted. Wheels-Tires- new take-off 2011 Mustang GT 18x9 fanblade cast aluminum wheels with new Pirelli rubber. The addition of this rolling stock DRASTICALLY improved handling! Suspension- front end alignment performed, lower ball joints and outer tie rod ends replaced with OE pieces, camber and caster set for improved handling and turn-in, billet aluminum rear control arms installed with larger rear sway bar also for improved acceleration, handling and less brake dive and body roll. Cooling system- fresh coolant installed, radiator and heater core flushed and cleaned, all hoses checked. A/C system- freon checked and proper operation verified, heats and cools GREAT! Sound System- Clarion single-disc double-DIN receiver- has satellite and IPOD inputs and USB port, has outputs for subwoofer and 2 other amplifiers, built in crossover. Body and Exterior- new Ford custom foglamps installed with OEM fog lamp switch, new headlamps and market lights with Sylvania Silverstar headlamps, exterior paint buffed and waxed, new front windshield and mono-blade wipers, 35% tint professionally applied to all windows except windshield. Except for the minor scratches and scuffs to be expected from a service vehicle, the paint is AWESOME!! Interior- new headliner with factory-option grab handles and lighted visor vanities, LEATHER 2008 Mustang GT bucket seats with power lumbar (rear seats recovered to match) with custom manual seat tracks, cruise control steering wheel with functional speed control, Marauder center console with large center storage compartment, padded armrest and floor-shifter with leather shift knob and overdrive defeat switch, center console also houses two Autometer gauges for battery volts and coolant temp, new black cut-pile carpet and floor mats- EVERYTHING inside car works and looks brand new...it even smells LIKE NEW!!
If you are looking for a late-model Crown Vic with all the performance and reliability of a P71 Interceptor but with all the creature comforts and refinement of an LX model, then this is the car for you! Even the underside of this car has been inspected and detailed....you will NOT find a cleaner, better- cared for Vic anywhere. I am an automotive enthusiast, not a car dealer, so a LOT of research and care went into every mod and service done to this car! Asking $9500 OBO- contact Vince 229-881-4080

Vince--Nice car for sure but I only recall center consoles being in the "Sport" version of the Crown Vic which was a P74 --The P71's were the Police version and did not have the center consoles due to Police work space---any clarification on this?
