How to clean MAF, IAC, TB

Does anyone have any diagrams or anything on how to do this. This question may seem dumb to you guys but im trying to do all the work on this by myself not only to save money but learn the in and outs of the car also.. i'm pretty new to engine work so cut me some slack :)

What about instructions on removing, cleaning, and re-installing the EGR? I know it was debated here awhile back that cleaning the EGR was a good idea.

I know the older (pre '98?) 2V had issues with the EGR passages in the intake manifold clogging up. I don't believe it's ever been an issue with the 4V.
