Sorry I haven't been posting much. I picked up a porter cable DA polisher and decided to get the MM ready for spring and summer. I am very happy with the porter cable other than it vibrates the hell out of you on high lol. Here are the results. Just your run of the mill 175k mile marauder

Looks fantastic. I've got some moderate swirling and some nicks and scratches I wanna get rid of and this type of job is in my near future. Did you buy the 7424XP? I'm considering that model.

Awesome. I agree about black paint. There's not a whole lotta middle ground. Looks so slick when clean, but you can see just about every imperfection and bit of dirt when it's bad. What kinda pads did you use? I'm assuming you used 5.5" for the majority of the job. What about in the hard to get places?

I used 6" Adams pads. They are color coordinated with the polish/wax. I used a microfiber towel and my fingers to get the hard to reach areas. Here it is after a few washes and showing off my new tag lol

To Get rid of Swirls use'' 3M Finesse machine polish" [white cream] use a 1400 hundred rpm Dewalt pro Buffer with a 3m waffle pad and come back with /Adams Revive Polish with your Porter Cable - My 2cents from the "Detail Master". [my Silver Burch looks Like a Glass Pearl].

What's under her hood Wenke Racing?

One last question, I noticed that you still have the transfer from the dealer on the drivers side; did you use the 7424XP over it or use a microfiber?
