speedo calibration??

hey guys, I noticed the last week that my speedo is between 5 and 10 mph off(says im going faster than I am) depending on how fast im going. the car has 4:10's and a tune from mo's. I guess im wondering if I need to re calibrate the speedo to fix it?

Did MO's know about the 4:10? and what size rear tire you running? and did they have that info too?
