If I once knew the answer to this, I have forgotten.

This car I just bought has some problems. First, the dash reads 127 degrees as outside temp. That I can fix
The AC is not working, but I will diagnose that later.
The EATC was bad, but I rebuilt it and now its working.
The blend door is working fine

However, when the fan is on high, barely any air comes from the appropriate place. Its quite loud behind the glove box, as if the air is being expelled behind there somewhere.

What's the part I should be looking at to diagnose this?

Thanks in advance!

By appropriate place, do you mean only one area or just a little out of all

Check all the vacuum motors and the doors they work. Sounds like one might be broken or hanging up.

Thank you.
What is the name of the other 'door' or apparatus the other motors operate?

According to the FSM, one is called "Floor/Defrost" and is the only motor with 2 vacuum lines. The other is called "Vent" or "Panel", depending on where you read.

If the car was hit in the front and banged around with a forklift, maybe one of the ducts is dislodged...?

Update: Solved!!!

The car has a replacement blower motor on it..It sounded funny from under the hood, so I confirmed my suspicions.

I reversed the positive and negative, Fixed!
It was spinning in the wrong direction.

sir I have the same problem, with the outside temp giving me a very high temp (110-120degrees) Also my vehicle seems to run a little hot when I turn the AC on. Should I be checking the same issue that you have found, or do I have something else going on?

Wash the condenser and radiator out with a garden hose.
You will need to remove the rubber piece inbetween the condenser and radiator to allow access.

How is this possible? I thought it only plugged in one way. Is it the way the blower motor is made?
