A paint job, rear end rebuild, future engine repairs or rebuild, transmission, damaged exterior parts, exhaust, tires, brakes, wheels, etc etc !$$$$$ to be honest with you, I would not start sticking 2 grand at a time in this car. Just my 2 cents. You got a good deal as is and can make money from parting this out or selling it as a whole.

From I can gather this car is way beyond your abilities - for this thing to be cost effective it will require skills and resources you dont have - dont put money into it just sell it.

You will eventually find one that is worth while

Badgeless is fine ... but they did it wrong. :(

The front bumper has already been replaced; but with an MGM bumper cover. Wheels are in terrible shape and several of the lugnuts are either gone or have been replaced by non-chrome ones.

This car has lead a very hard life and the hood was rarely ever opened from what I can see.

That poor thing has certainly seen more than its share of abuse, but it does not deserve to go to the wrecking yard. Its problems are fixable or it could at least serve as a decent parts donor. If it goes to the wrecking yard the good interior pieces will almost certainly go in the crusher along with many other Marauder specific pieces that are made of unobtainium. I'm sure if you put it on Craigslist as a project/parts car you will get way more than a wrecking yard would give for it in a pretty quickly.
