i found this part under my seat and have no idea where it goes or what its for.

Passenger or drivers side outboard rear seat mount cover. Run your seats fully forward and see which one is missing.

Put small dabs of clear silicone on the mouting tabs before installing it and the car wash vacuumers won't knock them off in the future. If you ever need to take them off, they will pop off like normal..
