No check engine light coming up but between 30 mph and 60 mph im getting a bogging down and stuttering when im pressing the gas pedal even sounds like a miss in my exhaust. any help would be appreciated
Probably a coil or coils.
Go to an open road and hammer it from 0 to 90
If a coil is bad it will flash the check engine light and store a code pointing you to the bad cylinder

Mine just started doing that, but does the stuttering feel at around 40 mph... Trying to also see what this might be??

I would check the tires first. Maybe someone rotated your tires and swapped the fronts and rears. The Traction Control doesn't like that at all if it doesn't see the 3-6% difference in height between them.

First things that come to mind if fuel filter, fuel pump, or coil (s)

And don't buy the Tiawan/China fuel filters either. Had this exact problem with no CEL with a "supposedly" new fuel filter. Put a diagnostic on it and at the bogging point the fuel pressure would drop to 20PSI. New Motorcraft fuel filter and the pressure stayed a steady 40PSI.
I took the old filter and when blowing through it softly it would flow, increase the pressure and met resistance. Now if I see a foreign made fuel filter it comes off before anything else gets checked.

Motorcraft or NAPA Gold, which is made by WIX.

Does anyone have musclemercs 3' fuel filter on? I was thinking of getting one, but now I'm worried about throwing a code, after reading this.

check engine light finally came on a few weeks ago and it turns out it was #4 coil. changed and Wow what a difference!! I was just about to do all of the coils but luckily that lite came on and pointed me in the right direction.

You can bet the other 7 coils are going to fail soon.
