Ok, so after I discovered that the air suspension line was melted after my brother-in-law and I had to use a torch to cut off the transmission support bolts (thank you Atomic Transmissions for using cheap bolts which immediately rounded off from an impact wrench), I began trying to patch the line. I tried to just replace the damaged segment with some new line and in-line quick-connects from Suncore, but the patch just kept leaking no matter what I tried to do. So I'm going to just replace the entire line, front to back.

So, is there anything I should keep in mind with this? I haven't seen what I'm getting into with the splitter in the rear, but I've done a compressor replacement (and drilled holes in the tray to let water drain out) so I'm familiar with the components up front.

Make sure none of the line is near anything that can get hot.

I was certainly planning to run the new line along the same route the existing line currently uses. I don't want it melting again.
