Polished my IAC unit today.
tools used:
palm sander from harbor freight 80/120 grit :bigcry:
wet sand pads: 400/600/1000 :bigcry:
mothers white stuff: looks familiar :bows:
lots of towels for the white stuff
turned out okay!

This is how it starts. I polished one piece of metal on my 93 Mustang GT. Now the entire engine and its parts are all polished aluminum. Shiny metal is like a narcotic... you can't have just one piece.
