So, I'm planning on replacing all of the coolant hoses and the radiator, since something hit the bottom of the radiator and bent it (really wish I knew when that happened), and I figured with 12 years and 140K miles I should replace the hoses while I'm at it. I don't want to run into the same situation I had with my old Town Car and having random hoses blowing out over a couple of years. When I was surveying under the hood for all the parts I should replace, I was noticing that the crossover tube isn't looking so well, and added it to the parts list. However, I can't seem to find it for sale anywhere. Does anyone know who sells them and what part name they're sold as?

Take it off and have it powdercoated. That will extend its life

It's already rusting on the outside, not sure how it looks inside. Do the people doing powdercoating clean off corrosion prior or would I have to do that myself?

Yes, all parts go into an acid tank.

That's good to know. I painted my calipers with the G2 kit and the paint is peeling now for some reason, even though I bought brand new calipers, cleaned them really nicely with cleaner, and made sure to let the paint cure before installing the calipers. I was thinking to have them just powdercoated instead. I'm guessing the usual prep work would do for those as well.
