I wanted to let everyone hear from another very satisfied customer from MO's speed shop.
A couple of months back I dropped off my car with Marty at MO's for a few days to get a tune, centri pulley swap, and a set of 4.10 gears.
As Marty can certainly attest, I can be quite particular and cannot help myself from being long winded when I get to talking about cars.
Marty and Jeff put up with tons of questions and emails and sent additional tunes with tweaks and such to get things just as I wanted them.
On top of that, I had some issues with the car not really related to the tune they did for me, but they invited me to bring the car back to recheck the tune anyway.
This morning Jeff spent a few hours tweaking the tune and adjusting some shift points to get things just where I wanted them. He also replaced the plugs after hearing a miss at idle. Several hours of work and all they charged me for were the plugs.
I look forward to working with MO's as I continue to chase power in my barge.
If I were to criticize the experience, the only criticism would be that on my first visit, Jeff told me that the car was right where it needed to be and didn't really need anything else with my wife standing right there:eek:
Believe me, she picked up on that imediately:(
How am I suppose to convince my wife that I need a Kenne Bell when the speed shop guy says my car is good enough, LOL!
