This is probably already been talked about so please bear with me. A/C blows ice cold at vehicle start up but after warm up starts blowing warmer. Also, alt and bat have been replaced and when sitting at a red light, (with the a/c on), voltage at bat drops down to approx 11.8. I was told that possibly the electric fan has a problem but vehicle runs at normal temp. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The fan is supposed to come on to cool the condenser. If it gets too hot it will build pressure and kick the high pressure switch which will shut off the compressor. Its possible the AC temp sensor to kick the fan for the A/C isn't working. Have you turned the AC on and see if the cooling fan kicks on? It should in warmer weather if the car has been sitting on the sun.

As for the voltage drop, I would think your belt is slipping or idle is too low. Any mods like UD pulleys?

Thanks for you help. car is bone stock. Had everything checked and it needs a new compressor. High side reading 260 lbs at idle, so dropping it off tomorrow for new compressor, accumulator and orifice tube. Thanks again !

Glad you got your AC working again
