I'm in Minnesota and I drive my Marauder rear round and I've got some rust on bottom of the left side (drivers side) rear door. Wondering if it would be cheaper/easier to just find a new door in good condition? If so, does anyone know where I might find one, how much it would cost and how difficult it would be to replace? I've searched some auto salvage places here in my area and there are no Marauders to be found. Would my old rusty door be worth anything?

The doors off a GM or CV are the same. Doubt you'd find a door in the same color and if you did it most likely would need repainting.
The cost of the door and repainting might be close to the same as fixing the rust and repainting the original door.

If you do go with a different door, the GM LS series typically had that ugly plastic piece added on, and it may be a dirt catcher/rust starter. Try to get a GM GS or crown vic door.

Check the drains at the bottoms of the door(s). Some had tape over them from the factory.

Probably best to have the door fixed and repainted.

Just out of curiosity Thomas, that added piece wasn't held on w/ bolts right?
