Bare with me please, i have several questions...So with the warm weather we've been having, I'm a little nervous with overheating. Especially since I don't have a head cooling mod. I did a search and found that "average" coolant temp is around 205°F. Mine fluctuates anywhere from 204-212, (read with my xcal4). (1) Is that anything to worry about? I have 62000 miles. I also am in the market for a rear head cooling mod but can't seem to find one. Reinhart doesn't list it on their site anymore. (2) So where do I find one? (3) has anyone used that 'miracle in a bottle' coolant addictive that claims to lower coolant temps and does it work? (4) lastly, would a 180° thermostat be beneficial in lowering the temp?, if so, would I need to have it tuned for that thermostat? Thanks for responses in advance! My car is stock except for k&n intake.
