Vegas sightings

Ok so E-mo and I are in Las Vegas on the weekend of April 3-4.

Sunday afternoon we're out walking on The Strip and traffic was CRAZY!

All of a sudden I see a Marauder across the way(stuck in the middle of an intersection) and I sez.....Hey! Look! a Marauder! :rock:

All I could see from where I was was tinted windows. Next day(Monday morning) we're out after breakfast and I see it again pulling out of Harrah's.....

California plates, tinted windows, no spoiler, nothing extra that I could see


now comes the funny part.....................


Later on on Monday we're walking through Caesar's Palace Casino and there's a whole section roped off, some B.S. about filming in progress. So we're walking, we're walking and I'm thinkin' it's the World Poker Tour or a PSA about gamblin'( :rolleyes: ) and I'm lookin' but not seein' any celebs(I don't get starstruck unless it's Sandra Bullock)and all of sudden I see this guy half-asleep on a chair and it's...........

NBCShooter! now there's a celeb! :bows:

So I start waving at him and he's half-asleep and he starts looking at me like I'm insane so I grab the nearest looker and ask her to take my business card over to him(he's cordoned off 'cause he's a celeb). He's lookin' my card over with a puzzled look on his face and all of a sudden he realizes who I am. Priceless!


So he comes over to say Hi and asks us if we want to come in and watch but he is extremely busy and I didn't want to impose(we were kinda on our way out anyway) and some guy came and snatched him away so that was that.

Nice to meet you sir! We'll catch up again at an LA meet.


On the way out E-mo asks a security guard what they were filming in there....


and he sez....................

Man! I've been meaning to reply to this post, 'cause I only saw it a weeks later after I came back! Then I got so damn busy, and I kept forgetting about this thread, but NOW, here it is!!! Oh my God, that was soooo f***king funny! Ya know why I looked half-asleep? 'Cause I had NO SLEEP the night before!!!

That's EXACTLY how it happened! I'm thinking to myself, looking at this guy waving wildly at me from 50 feet away, "Who the hell is this weirdo? Do I know him? Maybe that's the guy from Signature Lincoln-Mercury in Las Vegas that fixed my tires a year ago, who I promised an NBC hat but never sent." Still puzzled, I thought, "Damn, is he gonna ask me about the hat again?"

Then the girl gives me his business card, and I'm like, Oh my "f***king God!!! It's f***king jefferson-mo!!!" Then a HUGE smile came across my face as I walked over to greet you and your lady . . . Hey, man, you could've TOTALLY came into the filming area and watched them shoot the Will & Grace episode. I really like shooting behind-the-scenes stuff--I think it's way cool how they shoot movies and stuff. Yes, I WAS busy, but no one really cares as long as your with "someone from the production."

Well, it was really great to meet you and your lady--it's too bad we couldn't have had a lunch or something together. Hope to see you at a Marauder meet SOON!!!

You don't know how many times I've been meaning to contact you when I've been in town. NBC sent me to Las Vegas about five times in the last two months, but unfortunately, as you can guess, there is NO TIME in the schedule that I was on during those shoots! I PROMISE, we'll arrange a mini-meet in Vegas next time I'm working there!

Oddly enough, we RARELY see her! The few times I have seen her, she looked pretty amazing. She's very pretty in person. I think she's one of the ones that are prettier in person than in the movies. I'll keep you posted!
