AC wont blow out of the Dash vents

Some times the AC wont blow out of the Dash vents. Everything else works fine. It will start our blowing out the vents however in AUTO it will trim back air flow from the vents then when the interior warms up the air wont divert back to the vents. Going to max ac does not change the situation. However making a sharp right turn does bring air out the vents again.
If I leave it in manual at 60 degrees the system will continue to blow out the vents, However if I increase the temp from 60 to say 75 the air will get diverted as the interior cools down. Then I have to take the temp to 60 and turn right to get air flow out the vents again. Which actuator is not working?

Sounds like the o-rings might be on their way out.

Run the EATC self test and report any DTC's found.
