I installed a 255 lph returnless pump on my 03 CV. I'm currently installing a NX proton plus kit. The relay kit was a suggestion when I bought the pump. In reality it's not really a kit it's just a 5 pin relay with a generic diagram that's open for a lot of interpretation. So far the instructions say #30 to battery, #86 to chassis ground I'm assuming that I'm working off the fuel pump module. Next #85 Trigger wire, old wire going to the pump, # 87 output to the pump. The middle is not used. So other the battery and the ground wire I'm not sure which wire to cut and if there are any missing steps. I have so far found both FPDM pin outs for the mustang and cv trying decipher them is still tricky because of wording and wire color differences. So next I'm trying to take the two pin outs and by process of eliminating the obvious. Lastly is to call the seller and get him to help because that diagram he sent might have been for a particular car but it's not correct for mine and I know that somebody has done this on a CV or MM and has the info I need. So please if your out there I would appreciate to share your knowledge on this.
