The rear end has jacked it self up to the limit. The air compressor kicks in every now & then so it is working. Thinking it was the height level sensor I replaced that along with the bracket.... nothing. Took it to my local shop & only found only a code coming from the RAS/EVO Module (controls both the air ride suspension & speed variable steering) - U1026 (SCP invalid or missing data for engine RPM). No clue what that means. No dash light indicator for the air susp or steering problems.
At this point I am lost. The car was re-tuned around the same time this started happening. Car has only 25k on it so I don't think it is the RAS/EVO Module. HELP please!!

SCP means Standard Corporate Protocol (Ford). When the car is started , the RAS will immediately try to raise the vehicle to trim height if needed, so I guess the system needs to know when the engine is running.

FYI, according to the FSM, the U1026 code is generated by the PCM, not the RAS module, so it's possible that code is not related to your problem at all.

I would have guessed the ride height sensor was bad, but you said you replaced it, so possibly it's a wiring fault between the sensor and the module.

Is it possible that the current tune has anything to do with the problem as I was told without a stock tune it would be difficult to properly diagnose the problem?

I don't think the tune has anything to do with the RAS, but I'm not a tuner, so maybe one of the others with experience will chime in...

You haven't done any rear suspension work? It doesn't sound like you have but just a thought, I had issues with my ride height after installing my rear control arms and watts link. Couldn't keep the damn ride high then I was having issues with the height being too high.

Turns out the watts link was backward. Even though it looks interchangeable from both sides, it did cause my ride height to go wonky

Hopefully you Will get it figured out

No work on the rear suspension... just fuel pump & tune.
