Changed spark plugs on my car a few weeks ago now car runs like crap. Feels like it has no power at times. Muffler sounds like it skips when I punch it. Also hesitates when just cruising. What could possibly be goin in? Thanks in advance

Rewind ! Take them back out, check all your connectors as you go, check plug gaps, make sure the springs are in your cop's, make sure you blow out the spark plug tubes before taking out the plugs. Did you swap anything else out at that time?

Did you torque the plugs, about 12 ft lbs? Your engine may have spit a plug out the hole, God forbid.

Spark plug gap mey be off. No Dielectric grease on COP boots causes the spark to leak to ground, especially if the boots are old. Oil puddling in the spark plug valleys due to bad valve cover seals or residual pentrating oil left from removing the old ones.

If it started after the fuel filter, the Taiwan/China made ones are crap. I have had one that would restrict under pressure and be fine at lower pressure. Caused misfire and stumbling under load. The fuel pressure was dropping, but not low enough to throw the CEL.
