That's a pretty tall order for $6-7k...these cars are too old to be "certified" if you mean by a dealer like "certified pre-owned". You will prolly need to up your budget to $9k or so to find somehting close to that. $6k buys well travelled, small dents, scratches, stone chips, worn drivers seat. curb rash rims, 250+k

Not many available right now, just 1 nationwide in Alberta on autotrader.

I'm sure you have checked kijiji, not much there either.

This one on kijiji asking 7k just down the road has more kilo's that you want, perhaps they are highway.

I am close to you.
Canadian cars are way overpriced .
I have been looking for quite a while .
Prices for what you describe at cars i looked at were about $9000 range and all were winter driven .
I looked at one in London for $8500 last month rusty underbody and needed a repaint on drivers side was keyed .

** A look at the under body and i passed **((( not one had been oiled and you could tell )))

Thanks Bruce. I looked up the website. More Kms than I am seeking with no price from a Ford Dealer. My guess way over priced....as I have worked in stealerships before... but thanks for the tip. I emailed them anyway....we see

Chances are not slim to find one reasonably priced...chances are harder to find one for sale. To my knowledge and correct me if I am wrong only 500 in Canada right?

Lots for sale in USA. There was one that just sold yesterday in Quebec. It had just a hare over 200k and it was mint...I mean mint. Owner said he had local intrest in the car... and said if it dont sell locally he call me...it sold.:depress:

I maaaaay have to settle with a P71. Will go nice parked next to me 9C1 Caprice SS clone I have.

think you are too low. My MM would pretty much meet your description and I wouldn't sell it it as is for that.
Brakes and tires last year, A/C just done. Oiled every 18 months. 146000 klicks
