Well that's funny, I just had wife's '10 Fusion at the dealership on Saturday for service. Tech guy came out and said your rear pads are less than 3mm and need to be replaced. But he didn't mention the lifetime service.

Also you still have to pay for labor. Ford's estimate was $230. I said thanks but I'll think about it. On way home from dealer I stopped at Advance Auto and picked up $30 brake pads and installed everything myself.

and more than likely when you tell them you want warranty brakes they'll say they are out of stock.........
