Uh, "brah" I assume, the A/C compressor has moving parts that require lubricant and these parts will tend to create drag from lack of usage. The compressor is a very hostile place inside. If it keeps doing it you should probably replace the unit NOW before it grenades and pollutes the system with metallic debris. A compressor now is a LOT more convenient than one later when you'll be contending with shrapnel. Also, check the condition of your belt, the tensioner can only place so much tension and a ten year old belt is substantially more dry and stiff than a new bendy one.

is there any way to lube the compressor? You can have the system evacuated and fresh refrigerant and PAG oil put back in, but unless all the refrigerant has already leaked out, the original oil is still in there.

Our system uses PAG 46 I believe.

the refigerant hasnt leaked out it still blows cold. so ill try evacuating the system
it must be cheeper than replacing the comp.

Evacuating will not fix the problem. Remove the clutch and pulley. Clean, shim if needed and re-install.

Could be dirt....but unlikely
