What's the best way to fill in the two holes that are left after removing trunk badge?

Weld, grind, skim coat of filler, sand, primer, wet sand, and paint.... I'll be doing it soon.

Body shop for the best repair.

Cheapest / easiest repair is to find two black plugs that will fit in the holes.

I knew that...Car is going in for complete body and paint redo next month....Finally going to get that dent out of my trunk. I have no idea where I would get plugs to fit in the holes...
