Buy new ones from ford, I don't think you can get oversized bushings and pins for them. Do them 1 at a time, much easier to make adjustments.

I did. It's not too bad. The hinge has two bolts and one stud that's nutted from the inside. You can utilize that stud to locate the new hinge. The trickiest part is getting door fit/integrity the same so by all means MARK the two door bolts before removal. It took me (with help from the owner) about a half hour.

If you removed the front driver's fender wouldn't it be easier
just to tap out the pin and bushings with a hammer
and press in a new set of bushings ?
You wouldn't have to worry about alignment of the door
as long as you don't loosen the hinges.
Putting back the fender should be easy enough.

You can adjust them. That's what i did to get the door to quit sagging.
Get a buddy to hold the door while you turn the bolts. Easy work, but time consuming to line it up right.

Have you ever removed a front fender?
Its stupid what needs to be done.

Sounds like a temporary fix. If the door was sagging the hinge pin or the hinge is worn.
If the pin is worn you either have to replace the pin and bushings or the entire hinge.

I took the above advice and just replaced just my bottom one not even 2 years ago and door is sagging again. I think it may be worth it to replace both next time.

Rock Auto has the Dorman kit (new pin and bushings) for $3.03 each. Not listed under Marauder..... listed under Grand Marquis or Crown Victoria.

I've been thinking that I'll need to do this soon as my drivers door has begun closing with a "thud" recently.
I found these links:

I pulled one from a car in a yard without the drivers fender attached. There was no way I was going to get the hinge off of my car without removal of the fender. I may lack the proper tools sometimes, but be ready to take the fender off.
I think all you need to do is replace the pin. I simply could not knock it out, even with a prick punch.
Good luck, but like I said, if the door is sagging I think you can adjust it with a buddy. It worked for me and I did this about a year ago with ZERO issues after. To this day.

You should do a video on this "adjustment".

Zack, on page 78 of the March 2015 issue of Car Craft, there is an article on how to rebuild door hinges.
You're welcome.
