hot air on feet when windows down

Im wondering if my car has some issue. When the weather is nice i love to drive with the windows down but i get all this warm air on my feet and legs that i end up having to turn on tje AC. Is there something wrong with the blend doors ? Im ignorant to most cars aside from gbodys so this is something i never experienced and wondered if was a panther problem. Thanks, Bob.

I don't know where it comes from, but all three marauders I've owned do it.

If you turn the climate control off with the temp on 60, it will continue to blow out ambient air
If you set it high, it will blow air past the heater core.
I learned this 10 years ago when I was equally as annoyed as yourself
