SuperChips tuner/ Warranty work

I am taking my MM in for some minor things ( squeaking front seat , oil change etc. ) and I was wondering if I should re-load my stock tuning back in from my Superchips 1725 prior to going in?
As I am not having any engine work performed and there's no more recent re-flashes available for my BMDO build code that I'm aware of , should I do it?Does anybody have any experience relative to this situation ?

I have always unloaded the tuning before going to the dealer. Even for an oil change. Maybe I don't need to but it is easy enough and the 15 minutes it takes is worth the peace of mind to me.

I have worked for Ford since '90 . I have inquired about this to several service people in dealerships the common theme seems to be they seem to take a "don't care" approach to performance mods unless these mods can be the cause of the failed component.
