Someone I know has a head unit only Whipple 2.9. I am told that it only has one hour of run time and the current asking price is $1,500 (down from $2,900 which I thought was way too high).

Blower only. Unless you have a built motor, this is not something you can use.

I've been collecting all the parts to swap out my vortech, but after just doing headers and a full 3 inch exhaust, it's just not possible

Secretly install it on Mizz MO's daily driver..I know she has this sort of non-descript car she likes to use...even though you have a car or two for her..yellow convertible and I know there was another I thought.
