Floored it to burn some ricers on the hwy this weekend and car shot out tons of white smoke. (Hadn't happend since I replaced the leaky intercooler.)When I stopped, checked under hood.. S/C coolant which was verified to be at the fill line the morning of, was down to about 1/4 full.

I don't get it. new intercooler, new 450*+ mcmaster carr o rings, this is BS. Not sure if the heat over pressurized the cooling system which may have been over filled and gave way at the o-rings somehow. I think you can over fill the system and it will come out of the cap or the next weakest link, the o-rings.
I'm thinking throwing in new o-rings and sealing them and the tubes in RTV gasket maker.. but :dunno:

Perhaps the water inlet adapter has a small crack or one of the tubes is cracked?????:dunno:

Trust me when I say mine makes more heat than anyone's.. So you can rule that out.
