How can I get condensation out the inside of my headlight to prevent from buying new ones
The bigger issue is why the water is getting in there. There are a couple of ways to dry it out. One way is to pull it out and use a hair dryer, both on the outside and by directing air through the hole for the bulb.

Your headlights can be taken apart & then resealed. Check u tube or retrofit.com If they are pitted this would be a good time to refinish the lens

Take them off and let them sit in the sun until dry. Check the seal on the lamp sockets. Put some dielectric grease on the seals or maybe a little silicone caulk which will make it a little harder to take apart next time. Good luck.

Also, when you remove them, it's best to remove the grille first. I've seen guys break it trying to get the headlights removed. (Brandon ;))
You don't have to completely remove the headlight. But it MUST be slid forward to remove the bulb and let it air out.

Your web addy redirects, but I thought I'd add it in case it no longer does in the future. :)

I'm still on the original factory headlight bulbs, but I'm glad to read that tip! Better to be safe than sorry I must say.
Thanks tbone!
