Is Trilogy still in business?, if so, then why did they stop making the Kit for the Marauder?

Still in business

IIRC.... prices went up on the parts and Jerry didn't think there was a sustainable market.

Trilogy is still in business, but the Marauder S/C kit was limited to 250 units.

My thoughts are they most likely put the kits together in lots of 50 to get better pricing of components. Many of the components came from Ford from the 03-04 Cobras which are 10+ years old, they are now obsolete, and harder to obtain.

Let's be honest... the cars are old, less than 50% are still on the road. It just doesn't make financial sense to make more kits when they could still be had if you are patient and willing to pay up.

justbob's was just for sale for less than I personally think it was worth. I could be tempted to take mine off my car for the right (and not unreasonable price), then there is that one NIB if you're willing to pay up.

Good point Comin' in Hot, I did't realize only 250 units were manufactured. I'am in the process of buying an 04 with a Trilogy on it, so I'm now more interested then before.

cat in the hat, this car is way sweet, as in 8000 original miles, 1 owner, all options.

Correction Trilogy made 251 Kits. I have that one. It is on a Blue Marauder. As you can guess it was a special order.

Where is this NIB Trilogy you speak of? How much is it?

Trilogy is working mostly on Fiat/Chrysler(Turbo-SC) and 2.0 and 3.5L Ecoboost applications today.

There was 253 kits made 250 original and then the 3 that was part together kits on what was on hand at the time in 2011. From what Jerry told me was the very last kit was made from a M112 that came from a customer that upgraded to a twin screw later on and so swapped S/C. So they added all the parts to it and sold it as a complete kit. But yes for all intents and purposes there are 250 kits made and sold from 2003 to 2011.

Man sorry I'm getting into these cars so late in the game. Would have loved to have the kit but being the car is so unique seems like it would be even cooler to have a setup as unique as the car its on IMO. Looks like ill have to build one of my own.
