I am loving these new site icons/smilies!
Anyways, I got a tad bit confused at first but i've installed the intake and it is AWESOME. Makes a sucking noise when revved up! (TOO cool)
Looks great too...I love the red of the filter easy to put together.
Can't wait to go for a drive!!!
What a cool thing to do on my birthday, and maybe I'll get in the 15's 1/4 with my stop-watch! :burnout:

Got to drive it...in short, wow! The computer needed a few runs to get used to it (not shifting too early) but it's working well now. It almost sounds like a stang...it is VERY cool and I am extremely pleased
Chris at ADTR sold it to me. Real glad I got it!
Here's a picture...DIAL-UP WARNING!

why does their website say you need to adjust the computer for this? does the larger MAF require ECU reprogramming? at least that is what it says on their site for the marauder intake

There are two different intakes, one where you need to adjust the computer, one where you don't. The one where you do comes with a larger MAF and that's why. I did not get that.

is there a seat of your pants different feel with it?

To an extent, it feel like it rises through the RPMs more quickly. I've got more confidence in the car that when some kid pulls up and thinks he's all cool, I won't tie with him or have him beat me by a few feet. It definitely sounds more agressive.
Right now, the fender well is a little flimsy, the brand new one. The new unit connects to only 1 of the 3 bolts that the stock filter did. So I need to get a panel that will connect to one, or sit on the front one and hold it up, because the top of the heat shield is level with the top of the radiator hose.
That's confusing but I'll take more pictures when it's completely ready!

That doesn't sound like they planned it out very well

They planned it out fine, the fender wall is different on mine than stock, mine is a little flimser, also, my intake tube sags a little bit, therefore weighing it down more. Normally it'll fit fine though, I just have to get a support of some kind from lowes or such.
Cool tools, James!

I have the exact same intake, James. I also noticed a slight improvement through the RPM's. It also sounds more aggressive just like you said.
Chris at ADTR is AWESOME. He e-mailed me every couple days with an update on my order. Any time I e-mailed him with a question, he would e-mail me back the same day.
ADTR - good people, good company.
