I've searched several terms on the forum and can't find any instructions. Has anyone done this yet?

Thanks!

Do you mean the whole headlight? The housing and lens are sold together, sealed from the elements.

The information is in the owner's manual.

Don't have one?

Wow ... shows you how long I've had these. I've been meaning to replace them for some time. Ordered them a few years ago. Was actually fairly simple.

Three push pins to remove plastic radiator cover. Disconnect electrical connection to headlight housing. Remove three bolts that hold headlight housing. At this point the housing can be removed, but it makes it easier if you remove the turning lamp housings (two bolts). I had replacement bulbs for turn signals and corner lamps so I went ahead and replaced those as well.

Replacing the foglight bulbs was pretty straightforward as well. Three bolts to remove the plastic shield to get access to the bulb.

You can see the difference between the old lamp assemblies (I had polished them before but they were pitted and kept hazing up).

Thanks! The "Maroon" is the football cheer of Missouri State University where I teach.

Jeff ... I'm so sorry dude ... I tossed out the old ones. But if it makes you feel any better they were just plain awful. I had done the lense restoration 3 times and they were pitted from the inside. The original owner of the car (for the first 30K miles) drove the car on the highway a great rate of speed (I know this because the original windshield and headlights were pitted badly) ... So when you turned on the lights at night, it looked like a prism or a constellation of little lights (hard to explain). You wouldn't believe how much it dimmed the overall brightness. Buffing/polishing would kill the yellow ... but not the lights.

Now, the car is driven from my garage to a parking garage and rarely on interstates.

I found these lights on ebay 7 years ago. They had been sitting in my garage and I finally installed them (yeah ... I know). I kept milking the originals until they were just not salvageable.
