Click HERE (http://www.mercurymarauder.net/forums/vbgarage.php?do=list) to access mm.net's newest feature, THE GARAGE.

This area allows you, via your Control Panel (http://www.mercurymarauder.net/forums/usercp.php?) to Edit your personal vehicle's garage slip, including all the mods, stats, etc in whatever format you like, BBCode, HTML, whatever. It also allows you to upload the best 6 photos of your car for all to see when they check out your garage. Visiting members can also leave feedback on what they see.

Click HERE (http://www.mercurymarauder.net/forums/vbgarage.php?do=editgarage) to setup your very own garage!!

The link to the garage has been added to the top banner menu...

Enjoy!

PS - Pls, if you setup a garage, drop the link to it in your Signature and delete all your mods, pictures, etc from the sigs. Ultimately, this mod is about reducing/removing the huge sigs people have accumulated...

Logan, I have wanted to delete a couple pics for a while - since it's mentioned in the garage (GREAT idea BTW and thanks) I thought of it again.

How do we delete pics, anyway?

Thanks,
-A

Yeah uh...Ooops... I goofed on the permissioning... It's fixed now. :)

Regarding deleting posts in the gallery, on each photo, there's a edit link. Click it, and delete is one of the options.

Re-read this very carefully and click the links above. :) It's in your Preferences/Control Panel, left hand side, on the menu, something to the effect of "Edit Garage"...

Cool, thanks Logan.

How do I put in the link "visit my garage"?

When you're viewing your garage, copy the URL from your address bar and replace the URL in the code snippet below. Paste the snippet into your signature...

Visit My Garage (http://www.mercurymarauder.net/forums/vbgarage.php?do=view&id=1)

Ok Logan, I tried that. The URL in the adress bar from my Garage would not copy and paste. I guess someone will have to hold my hand to get this done. I know I am a big pain in the A$$. I will keep trying.

Haggis, I just updated your signature for you. Go take a look and you'll see what I did.

Also note, that each time you visit the "edit" page for the garage you can upload another pic. Up to a maximum of six.

Gordon - see where it says "Visit My Garage" above in Logan's URL example? Find the same spot for your sig. Just change the text to whatever you want, making sure not to delete and of the needed code characters.

When you go to edit your Sig,

The bold and italis is the area to change. This is the area that tells the program what to lable the link.
[url=http://www.mercurymarauder.net/forums/vbgarage.php?do=view&id=1]Visit My Garage[/url ] I added an extra space to the end of the code to allow it to appear as raw code. the extra space is after the /url

That's the old store. Nothing's changed there. Logan's been telling us there's a NEW store in the works.

Here's the temporary MM.Net Store. I'm sure the transition is on Logan's list. Mark was good enough to get it up and running with much-wanted merchandise.

-Asounds like you are experiencing what I was.
I discovered that the gallery cookie and mm.net cookie can't co-exist.

also, if you haven't already, and you are using IE, download the latest update. They call it a security patch but it's actually a major Service Pack.

Logan
04-22-2004, 03:23 PM
Yes, they do and can co-exist. The only difference is the Gallery cookie is separate from the forums cookie, you need to login to both. It's been well tested.

That being said, I don't like that and will probably be bringing the gallery back under the mercurymarauder.net domain to solve that problem.
