Any body have info like this for 2003?
The earliest date I have for a 4pp car is 3/7/2002.
The earliest date I have for a retail car is 4/9/2002.
First retail car sold 6/6/2002.
Anybody have more?
Anybody have dates for other years?
Gather enough and it might make a good sticky.

Perhaps when Ford decides, if ever, that keeping the list for the Certificates is no longer worth their time they might be willing to part with some of the earliest info.
Steve Babcock would be another possible resource

I thought someone here would at least have the Job #1 date. Thought I had it, but can't find it. Not many historians here. Most are thinking about the future. Seems I'm one of only a few thinking about the past.

If "search" was easier to use I'm sure you are right about the #1 date. I'm sure it must have been discussed early on in the forum.

Someone send me the thread on how to use the search feature because it makes me feel dumb when I try to use it.:depress:

The only advantage to 'search' I have found is if you know who started the thread. Other than that, good luck

The best search button is Bluerauder. That dude can find anything. He is the subject matter expert.

For searches I use "site:" in google. For example "first marauder sold site:mercurymarauder.net" searches this site for the words first, marauder, and sold.

Thanks for the vote of confidence.
I went back to the early 2002 posts and couldn't find a thing. Most of the early discussions were not so much concerned with "history" but rather the future of the Marauder. The MarauderTeam (I assume at FORD) only gave vague timeframes on when different colors and such would be introduced. It appears that the Light Flint interior didn't show up until the 2003 Job#2 300B models. So, all 300A's should have been Black/Charcoal (don't think this has ever been stated outright here before).
Even member "STAPRap" didn't show up until late September 2003 and he was the on-site guy at St. Thomas Assembly Plant. The only date that I remember him posting was 25 June 2004 (10:15 PM) when the last Marauder rolled off the production line >>>> http://www.mercurymarauder.net/forums/showthread.php?t=10953
Member "Petrograde" didn't post his production statistics thread until December 2004 nearly 6 months after MM production had formally ended. At that point, members started to back-trace some history with regard to production numbers. The FPG certificates didn't start appearing until about November 2009 ... some 5 years after the quest started.
I think that the information that "Kirk" is seeking may only be available from someone like "Steve Babcock" or maybe from the Ford Performance Group (FPG). However, I don't think that anyone has asked for this specific timeline ... or if they have, the information was not widely/publicly distributed. Even the program documents posted by "MM03MOK" recently after MV12 were fairly vague on specific dates.
