I'm going to head down to the ABM Nats at Cecil on 11/15.

Just seeing if anyone else would like to meet there.

Fingers are crossed for some great drag racing weather!

I can still smell the racing fuel and burning rubber. Ahhhhhhhh.

We, also had a (the first?) side by side run of two Marauders in the 10's:

(Sorry, I missed the start - I couldn't feel my fingers)

I think that you are correct on that first 10 second side-by-side run. I assume that this was "jflave" with 10.85 @ 131.52 and "Shermanator" with 10.42 @ 134.51. :2thumbs:

What's the spec on Sherms car Blown, I've heard lots about it but seem to know nothing about the car besides it has a 3.4 Whipple. Power engine size c/r boost, race gas e85 return style?

3.4 Whipple 11cc dished pistons about 9.2:1 CR in a Teksid block 4.6 .020" over. Race fuel for the track VP MS103 usually unleaded stuff. Meth for the street so we don't need to change the tune. Return fuel system sumped stock tank, Aeromotive Proseries pump you can hear it in the video(its way too big but the price was right). Estimate 650-700 HP at the wheels. Only track tuned. 4.10s with a detroit locker 31 spline axles hoosier 28x10x16 slicks

Search for threads started by me. Most everything is out there that I have done.

Needs bigger headers and an ice tank for the IC.
