Did you notice this note?
Notes: Must reuse existing outer metal shells.
That means you have to remove the old bushings, remove them from the metal shell, put them new bushings in the shells then reinstall them.

So if I take these to a shop with a press, it can happen correct?

The easiest way to remove the bushings from the shells is to burn them out with a torch.
It's easy to damage the shell trying to press them out.
Which is why everyone said to get arms with bushings already in them.

I wanna keep the Zack control arms going without cutting up anything new and spending more. Apparently, that is asking a lot this day and age. Not of you, but this so called free market.

What does the "free" market have to do with your problem?

I can do this one myself and I will not charge myself. It's simply getting the bushings that has been a science project. It's pretty much buy a set of control arms... the only way to go and unfortunately the most practical.
