Hey guys in a couple weeks I'm tearing down the car and painting. Was curious to see how they looked with no door moldings painted. I know there's a hole on the rear doors, plan on welding those up. Any pictures would definitely help! Thanks

I beleive there are two holes on each of the rear door panels that will need to be filled.

That is correct, you will have to have them filled.

Door dings will come a lot easier ,I like the protection it provides for the inconsiderate people out there .

Definitely looks clean and mean, but I'm also afraid of inconsiderate people and would not leave it out of sight!

If you're going to remove the moldings then you should fill the grove in the bumpers too. IMO

Taking off the side panels and leaving the grove in the bumpers looks:puke:, but its you guy's cars so do what you want!

I asked about doing this when I was getting painted, my quote to fill in the lines was $1200 for the bumpers and they couldn't guarantee they would hold up and not crack. I couldn't see the value added so I put mine back on.

Big plus on this ^^^^^

I was thinking the same thing, looks good but all it takes is one A hole, and that stunning paint job is done.
