I have question for some who have a Trilogy kit on there cars. My S/C pully has worn a spot in the installation. What maybe the fix with out taking it off?

Mine has done the same thing...once it wore a little of the insulation, it stopped rubbing so I left it alone. I think at one time the recommendation was to cut out a small square.

Ditto....take a sharp surgical knife and cut-out a neat rectangle or square where
pulley rubs. end of problem.

Then slit 4 pieces of 3/8" vacuum line long ways and wrap it around the hole for a more finished look and to keep it from fraying.

Excellent idea and attention to the details!!!!
I will do this, as after I installed my JLT intake, it rubbed into my hood insulation and there is a small hole/slice in it.
