Rebuild heads

Because I have 250,000 miles on the oem motor I am thinking about having MMR rebuild my motor. Stage 11 rebuild. Should my heads be reconditioned ? How do I check the heads for what is worn & needed guides, seats, lash, springs ? Or should I just swap them over with new gaskets ?

Have your machine shop handle inspect and repair.
