Backup camera installed!!!!!

I finally got around to getting my backup camera installed!!!! I bought the camera on ebay for $55 shipped, so its a great price!!! The feature works great with my pioneer dvd6500 radio. Once i put the car in reverse, it automatically switches to the camera view!!!
I got power and signal( for the turn on, on the screen) straight from the backup lights. The pink/black wire is 12v's while the black wire is ground. I decided to diode isolate it so i can run a switch to the signal wire. So i can turn on the camera at will without the reverse lights kicking on. It really helps out when reverse parking, the car is just so long, every little bit helps to avoid scratching!!!
The only issue i had was drilling the 1" hole for the camera thru the rear plastic. I started with a 1/2" vari bit, then i got the monster 1" bit. But that just tore the plastic to shreds, it chipped and cracked the rear panel. So my friend made me a "beauty washer" that hids the imperfections. Much better than spending $200 for a new rear cover piece.

p.s. the other switch on my center console is the laser jammer mute button, so i can unjam the laser without makeing any "sudden movements"! :lol:

Personallly dont need a back up systme on mine but you gave me a few things to think about the space below the arm rest. THANKS!!!! And I luve those 3 12's!!!!!!!!! Loooks great!!!! :bows: :bows:
