One of these has been replaced and one hasn't. Can you tell which? :)

I have been lucky with parts at Greg Donahue, Dennis Carpenter, MAC's. There's also Dearborn Classics, and I'm sure you can find others. I don't think there are any vendors here that sell for "old" cars. :) Sorry I missed you if there are.

We are actually very lucky with our old Marauders. Parts, new or used, are readily available for our cars because they're shared with the Galaxie, and they built LOTS of those and they're still popular. The 406 related stuff is my biggest challenge, but even that is all shared with the Galaxie except for just a couple of parts.

When my 2003 Marauder is the same age I'm not sure finding parts will be as easy. The GM and CV shared stuff sure, but what about the Marauder only parts. It could be very difficult.

I can, I still have what was there originally but it looks rough, even rougher than yours in spots. The problem is I cant find wind lace in that green vinyl color anywhere.

I noticed you went back with a cloth that was a close color match, would you just leave whats there or replace??? Not sure what to do?

Also just got a used dash pad today in the mail off of a 64 Monterey and looks like it will fit but not an exact match, not as pointy at the ends.

It has a couple of splits in it but not to bad, any advice on how to patch those? I already have this clear stuff for vinyl and leather and it dries clear and is flexible and paintable. Was going to use that unless any one has a better idea? Thanks again for the help man, your the best.

Try the vendors I have listed. I think I got mine from Donahue, but can't remember for sure. Yours would be the same color as mine.

Never tried to fix a dash pad and don't think I can be much help with that. You are correct about them not being the same. The only exact match you will find will be a '63 Merc. Even the '63 Ford is different.
