View Full Version : What did you do to your garage/shop today?

Seems I enjoy working on the garage more than the car anymore and I'm sure many here feel the same way.

In my quest to become more efficient and start working like a gentleman I finally added an air reel, an LED light, a three way cord and a uni-strut rack to mount them and my opener to. I've hung around 150 racks similar to this in all the Firestones I have done the plumbing and air lines at so I figured it's MY turn. [emoji6]

Next up, remove the one lift column that popped my concrete and do a deeper pour and pin it, then re mount. (I installed it at the intersection of two cracks, it was a matter of time) Also install my pitched air loop with drains and maybe move the compressor into the addition I built a couple years ago so my surround sound isn't interrupted.. [emoji12]

So what have some of you done or planning to do?

This week we installed a new to me four post lift and removed an old to me Rotary two post lift. So today we finished the set up on it including getting the air locks working and installing a hose reel similar to Bob's.

After doing that we cleaned and organized which always seems to be a must do every couple of months.

Then we worked for a little bit on my LS swap in my Camaro.

It was a full full full day but now I'm headed out to take Mizz MO for Sushi.

Probably soon brother. Someone needs to tune this turd if I ever decide to finish it! LOL
