Hello all, I have gained a great deal of advice from everyone here over the years. Unfortunately as I join I need help in how to price my blue 03 Marauder for sale. Features: head cooling mod, oil catch can in black ( upper/ lower intake cleaned at this time), just replaced all fluids (coolant, oil, trans, rear end- to be thorough), Cooper rs3a tires have less than a 1000 miles on them, I have a Lidio tune and 4.10 gears, trans was rebuilt to increase shift firmness and longevity (all from the recommendations through this forum over the years). Has 111,000 miles. 80% of which are highway miles. Any help or interest from anyone would be do greatly appreciated. Interior is immaculate and exterior has some small scratches and a nick on right rear fender. Thanks for any help and advice. If anyone is interested I will post in sales page after some good research here.

$10,000 sounds about right, push the blue rarity factor hard in the ads and to the seller maybe $11,000
I really wish it was more but I think those numbers are realistic. Hopefully I have not offended you but you did ask.

Sorry, not going to get $10,000 for a 100,000 mile Marauder...NADA says $7725 clean retail...KBB says $6570 clean retail....you can add a little for rarity and to a person who wants one but its got too many miles for a real collector to pay big money for one. I am not discounting your car just giving you the facts...

7000 is what we got Saturday for our 2004, Black MM,with only 81 K miles in a trade for a 2012 Cadillac CTS-V Sport Wagon, with only 9500miles. Will miss the MM, was a reliable DD for 10 years.

Finally back to post some images. Pardon the delay in timing. And sorry for the miss siting of the mileage. Its over 123,000. Car was in storage. The center counsel has the mark from my elbow, and the little rust spot above the right rear quarter panel is about 3/16" once i get the engine its late spring cleaning it will be posted as well.
Mods- 4.10's, lidio tune, oil separator/catch can black, head cooling mod (upper/lower intake cleaned at that time), centric premium rotors and pads, stainless brake lines, new tires 4-5k miles on them, trans shift kit.
To be thorough I had all fluids and filters changed. Thank you all for your help over the years. This will be a forum i will always remain a part of for the wonderful knowledge shared here.

Its a Dark Charcoal interior blue............ Trunk spoiler................ looks clean and well taken care of. Has some tasteful modifications to make it more fun to drive. Not many people get the chance to own a blue.............. take that for what its worth. Who really cares much about mileage on this platform?
Nice car.

Nice car.
Well said^^^^^ we all know cars on this platform are built to last and are extremely reliable so if you really like these cars you'll buy them regardless of the miles, its not like these are raggedy ass foreign cars that fall apart after 100k or cost $15,000 for a tranny rebuild (ie: BMW 7 series) sheesh these are American tanks the hell with miles. (Unless ur trying to get top dollar) But blue should sell for the rarity factor alone.

Well I'm open to offers. Feel free to pm. I'm in northern Illinois. Really wish I could get some undercarriage pictures but weather is crap. I used to work at an airport so elements and weekly washing underneath makes this car worth the few flaws. Originally I was looking around the $10-12k range. Although some local interests have come about I would rather keep it safe in the mm community. Hopefully this week i will get to engine detailing.

I believe it is 1 of 117. I have one as well ... Though I could be mistaken - would not be the first time.

1 of 115 Dark Charcoal Interiors. The rest where Light Flint. Does yours have heated seats? Mine does. That makes it even more rare. Don't recall the exact numbers. But I do remember the next rarest MM to a Dark Blue Pearl, Dark Charcoal Interior Heated Seats car is an 04 Black with Light Flint. :) Which would be cool too!

Honestly...when i was looking for a MM i couldnt have gave two ***** about KBB or NADA. Both of those publications dont mean squat to a niche market car because the average car buyer isnt looking for these cars at this point. Both of those publications have my hurst olds under 4,000 lol. I would have paid 500-1000 more to have a blue one.

What if your blue with charcoal needs a paint job?
My hood has the clearcoat peeling and my roof has some newer signs of trouble from below. The rest of the car is pretty good.
Going to have it painted next winter and properly stored from here on out. It has only been through 3 winters on the road so it is good rust wise. Not sure yet if i will cheap out and just do the hood and roof or put out nearly as much as the whole car is worth to do the whole job properly.

I never realized that the Blue with charcoal interior and heated seats was so rare. I bought one 2 years ago and it has all those features, guess I got lucky.

That's a good looking car for the miles. Nice job keeping it nice.
If you replace that center console cover and touch up that paint chip it would pay off in the price if you ask me.

Wish I could afford to make an offer - love DBP and being that rare WILL fetch a higher price for you.
Put it in the for sale section, ask $18k and let the offers roll in....

Don't know if it will help you set a market price, but the insurance on my son's came in at $9600 for a dbp, black int/heated seats, spoiler, aftermarket moon roof, 145k miles. They graded it exceptional for paint, body (0 rust), and interior.
They cited the kbb and nada values, but upped it for condition and rarity. No additional value for aftermarket items though, which didn't seem realistic (stainless works headers and exhaust, ford racing 4.10 r&p, steeda underdrives, class glass cowl induction hood, CNG dual fuel system, and K&N CAI). Overall felt it was a fair offer.
Good luck with the sale.
It's an 8-10k car unfortunately.

Realistically, that's the tops with the right buyer. Remember folks, people who have the $ to buy these cars are just that. People who have money. No bank will give the guy who wants to step up from a CV into a MM. And likely, that guy doesn't have $$$.

If you are in a hurry to sell it then you will probably have to go between 8 to 10,000. If not in a hurry then you can ask for 15,000 and see what happens. For someone wanting a DBP then they will be willing to pay more for it. But you have to wait until that person finds out about your car. Good luck with your decision. Just for information I just paid more than KBB and NADA for my new Marauder because it was the exact one I was looking for and it had fairly low mileage and is in excellent condition I am very pleased. Now I just have to get it home.
So your Turbo car is 11K I'll be right over to pick that **** up :)

OP - your car will be special to someone, if you can wait, you should hold out for some rarity value. DBP w/dark interiors are not an easy find...

OP, figure out what you need for the car and advertise it. Everyone here will give their opinions (as did I) but it all comes down to what you would let the car go for. Hopefully some of this discussion helps you. Good luck!
