What coil packs are some using? I may put some new ones in when I change my plugs. Are there some that may help with a little power.

Get FoMoCo packs.

Should I just leave the ones that are on it now. Only have 20,000 on them?

^^^what Marty said^^^

The only thing you might consider is adding the Granatelli solid connectors instead of the flimsy ball-point pen springs in the factory COPs.

The original Ford coils fail pretty regularly, I had a couple go out at 50K miles. The Ford coils you buy today are a different part number and I suspect have been redesigned to actually last a while.

I don't know if I would replace them if the car wasn't missing or stumbling. But if it ever starts running rough or misfiring you know a likely place to look.

An MM may or may not display CEL codes when a COP goes bad. Whatever, the engine stumbles under a load, light or heavy. A smell test can also be useful (electrical burning smell).

Use Motorcraft COP's as recommended in the above posts.

If you want more power, head over to Mos speed shop and let Jeff dyno tune it . and maybe change a pulley size. Marty and Jeff will keep the tune safe

We are going to come. Just right now with me retiring it is a money thing. Need to get all my retirement checks coming in. But we are coming. I do have some plans to retune the Marauder.

Marty do you have room now that you have added some one to the family?
