How much RWHP can you get from a single one of these pumps, factory feed line, returnless? Will have a wire upgrade too. And we can add a BAP to the mix if we need, too. And do you need a modified FPDM for safety there?

I plugged some assumptions into a cheat-sheet and I get 575RWHP with an Aeromotive 340 at 80% duty cycle. It would help if you provide NA RWHP and Boost pressure to check flow rate at boosted rail pressure.
Hopefully someone else can chime in with practical experience.

Correct, but if one of your 2 pumps fail causing a drop in pressure, the pcm can open the injectors up longer and literally save your engine.
... I came across a very good thread addressing how you can wire the FPDM in a return system to prime the pump(s) with the engine off, just like the stock setup and, if desired, using a toggle switch to bypass the FPDM. I am definitely considering going in this direction. If I understand the concept, the thicker wire (assuming a wire upgrade) runs from the battery (and fuse) to the pump with a relay. The FPDM wire that used to run to the pump is now used to drive the relay. The relay needs to be grounded to the FPDM. Tuning needs to be addressed as well. The toggle feature could come in handy to keep the pumps running during tuning, with the engine off, and if the FPDM ever quit working.
My AEM's have done me well and are super quiet

I was looking at the charts for the two pumps and it looks like 700hp. dont know if that is rwhp or flywheel. that is at 60psi rail pressure for i figure 20psi we would run max.
i saw where zack said 550 on a single pump with wire upgrade.
is a 400lph pump too big for a returnless system? doesnt make much sense to me that it would be too big. as 2 255 pumps is 510 right?

The Walbro 400 is way too big for a returnless system, and will not work in that configuration.

700 HP at the FW makes sense. If you assume a 20% loss in the drivetrain you get 560 HP at the wheels.

I have a returnless system, it's pretty trick though. It has 2 GT pumps, a BAP, and a modified FPDM along with upgraded lines. Plenty of fuel at my 680 power level, probably will carry me to a little over 700.
What is your planned 650 hp setup? That's a lot of power from a 4.6, very few of them on here are at that power level.

After having a bad experience personally and several other mustang buddies with aero stealth' so don't recommend them. However I was chatting with the lead tuner of our local speed shop and he said the newer Stealths haven't had as many problems as they did when the first ones came out. But with such a huge price difference 165 vs 99 and only 20lph difference in flow. The AEM is a great pump.

I'm pretty sure Landy said that, and with an Aeromotive 340.
I have twin 320's in the Turbo Car.
Made 620rwhp no problem on E85.
Twin 255's can support at least 700rwhp...

Mine's been fine so far. I turned off my boost a pump. Not necessary anymore. I monitor my a/f gauge closely. I suppose I should sell it, but think I will leave it installed for future upgrades.

YES. You need a modified FPDM. I make those if you need one and you could also run two modified FPDMs if you want.
