Not really, the bolt pattern tells you the number and spacing between the wheels studs, if they dont match, you won't be able to get these wheels on the car..

You CAN'T be serious. http://www.gdmjoe.com/nonono.gif Rims have spec's that meet the requirements for fitment on the vehicle. In the case of a Marauder they're ... Bolt Pattern: 114.3mm x 5 | 4½" x 5
Offset: 45mm | 1¾"
Backspacing: 159mm | 6¼"
Center Bore: 70.3mm | 2¾" *IMPORTANT since the rims are hub centric and NOT lug centric. If the rim doesn't conform (and/or cannot be made to conform) to the spec's then it's a no-go.

I'm sorry I didn't said that you guys have to do it for me!! that's why I asked and said "please" because I got confused between the offset and the backspacing specs,
Anyway what really got me confused that some of you guys said the 35 offset is ok and it's fit !! some said go with +40 otherwise it well not fit !!
So excuse my weak understanding ! and I know that I asked to much.
Thank you

Offset, moff-offset .... NONE of the rims in the list meet the centerbore spec'.
Fail!

There's more to rim fitment that 1 particular spec'. Do your homework (a.k.a. measurements and calculations).

What your excuse?
When it's been explained (by several), information and reference material has been provided, etc. I guess the the excuse is intolerance for sloth and laziness. http://www.gdmjoe.com/dunno.gif
What's your contribution?

Blah, blah, blah, blah. Action talks. BS walks.
Pick the rim (which in this case there isn't a match) and nothing is learned. Read, go thru the effort, learn, and you'll seldom need to ask again.

Given that I've been adapting rims to FoMoCo vehicles way before you were born, there's never been a need for name change.
