Black MM on US-340 near Harpers Ferry, W.Va.

Yesterday, 1/17/2015, o/a 4:45 pm. I saw you in a Black MM on US-340 coming into West Virginia around Harpers Ferry area from Maryland. I was driving my BLUE MM towards Frederick, MD. We both waved to each other. Wanted to say "Hello".:)

I didn't see the tags. I was in shock to see another MM coming my way and we passed so quickly. We just had time to waved at each other.
