Code Readings

Pulled tune out for inspection. It went well. After apx 350 miles check engine light comes on. Pluged in scan tool it pulled two codes P0174 & PO1000. What are the codes ?

P1000 is I/M monitors not ready. Normal after a tune change or if the battery was disconnected.

P0174 is System too lean bank 2 (driver's side).

Check all your vacuum hoses for any possible leaks.

Thank you. Other than lean drivers side bank. Check for vacum leaks. What other things should I check afterwards in sequence ?

Check the headers. If there's any exhaust leak, it will pull clean air in as well.

You shouldn't need to take your tune out to pass inspection, if it was done properly.

Mass is horrible for trying to slip anything by. Can't have a damn thing turned off in the tune now either...

You got a P0174 because your monitors are turned off in the tune more than likely..

I've had this, cleared it and never came back.
O2 sensors touchy with long tube headers.
