Marauder Zippo Lighter Production #s?

Would anyone know the (approximate or actual) production numbers for the Zippo lighters?

I've seen that sd8683 (Sean) had 50 made.

Was there a Ford manufacturing run associated with the Marauder production launch?

For the original owners who got a free leather jacket, the marauder collection catalog was attached to the sleeve of the jacket. The Marauder zippo was originally in there which I'm sure was a licensed product
